Audio bug with firmware 3.4.1

Hi. Fairly new user to the MPC world but having a blast so far.
I recently upgraded to the latest firmware version 3.4.1 on my Key 37.
Now when I loop bars on audio tracks it only plays the first pass and then silence for the second and subsequent passes. Unless I start the loop from bar 1, then it loops correctly.
I tend to use the loop function pretty intensively to build up tracks so this is a big deal for me.
Has anyone else come across this issue. I did try and put a support ticket in but it wouldn't let me submit it.
Any help will be much appreciated

Switch back to 2.15.1 for your own sanity.

Ha. Yes I was considering that. Apparently you just hit downgrade on the info screen. Is that right? Not near my MPC at the moment to check

It's possibly a bug that probably gets fixed sooner or later.

Yes, I tried that link. I filled in all the details but nothing happened when I pressed submit. I double checked all fields were filled in that needed to be. I will probably give it another try tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion

Seems I can't roll back the os on the key 37 from the machine itself. Does anybody know if reloading from usb or SD card works.
Managed to submit ticket on second attempt so will wait to hear from Akai

USB and SD should be fine, I think others had similar problems..

You mean like the 4 year old midi note-off bug?

Thanks for the link. Will explore the changes in this new version then decide whether or not to downgrade. Thanks for all input

Are you looping a shorter section than the sequence length? Example
Seq. Length : 16 bars
Audio Track section length : 4 bars

If so, check that the audio track length on the main screen is set to the correct length (4 bars) versus SEQ.

Or alternatively copy and paste.
