Tracks with different loop lengths

Excuse the noob questions, I'm coming to the MPC from Ableton and I'm loving it. One thing that has me a little stumped is setting different loop lengths for tracks inside the same sequence.

For instance, I have a 4 bar drum pattern that I want to loop continuously, I've added 8 bars of a bass line, the drum pattern will now loop at 8 bars and have 4 bars of nothing. I'd like them to keep their respective loop lengths. Tips? Thank you!

In the main screen, change the "LENGTH" setting in the track row from SEQ to a desired length. In MPC2, set it to 16 beats, and in MPC3, set it to 4:0:0.

Ah thanks, I knew it was something simple. I'll give that a go.
