How ridiculous is it to have (probably) the best sampler in the history of music production and not be able to sample because of some software issue?

I have a turntable connected to an MPC like I’ve done for decades of my life, in this particular instance, it’s the MPC Live 2. For some reason, my inputs aren’t hot….so I can’t sample and it’s been like that for months. Since MPC is an industry standard it’s not like we can boycott to get them to fix it faster we just gotta sit around and wait and not create. This is horrible. I expect so much from a company that I’ve spent a fortune on and it’s not like I come from privilege. I’m so disappointed.

Part of this is confusing, like why are you blaming it on the software & saying it's been like this for months?

Was not it working better before an update months ago?

Are you saying you can't get a hot signal even when turning the record gain knobs up?

If so, it be the the source. To rule that out, can you get a hot signal with the same exact source & a different sampAmp?

Did you connect your turntable directly to the other MPCs or did you use a turntable amp?

I know this may be a Dumb Question...But on the Sampler Page, did you Toggle the "Off" tab to "In" on the Bottom Left of the Screen?

LINE / PHONO switch?
Rec Gain?
Sampler IN button on the SAMPLER page?
Scrolled to correct inputs on the sampler page?
