So the Live 2 is officially discontinued???

I'm hearing that retailers are discontinuing the Live 2 and cancelling back-orders. Anyone can confirm, and thoughts on this...

Why don't you ask the source of where you got this info?
No thoughts other than wait for Super-booth & see if anything pops off.

It was only announced a few days ago...

Someone on reddit posted that they spoke to a retail rep who canceled their order.

I looked at a few online retailers and both Sweetwater and guitar center say it's not available. Sweetwater says no longer available and GC says not available to ship. For me that's proof enough. With the FC ID and Akai at superbooth. Announcement this weekend. Or Thursday at the earliest.

u alreay know what it means; u saw the shape of the device on the April 1st FCC filing; but we shall find out on Thursday at Superbooth

Forget Superbooth, I find out Thursday if Nintendo lets me preorder my Switch 2 directly from them or not.

For some reason akai re-ordered their device releases last time. they went live ii, x, one+, key, 61 key 37.

I am putting my guess on the "Live III". We should start gambling on it tbh it's as good as anything to bet on.

Hopefully it means a MPC Live 3 is coming out soon. I'll be looking hard at Superbooth. I really hope Akai announces something and that the replacement is right around the corner and not a year away or some isht like that...
