Plugins not activating automatically

Is anybody else having this problem,
After I upgraded my Mpc X to 3.4.3 I’ve been having this problem that my plugins won’t automatically load, I have to manually reactivate each plugin manually, This is very irritating, If anybody having this issues let me know, And if there’s a quick fix to this please share it with me!!

I'm also in the same boat. I've had this issue since upgrading to the 3.0 beta. Its extremely frustrating having to go and reactivate them every time I boot up my machine.
