I'm a little disappointed with Native Instruments instruments because I didn't know that when I use the MPC 3 in controller mode I don't have them, and the only option left is to dump them into an audio track from standalone mode.

Did you also install them into the MPC Software via Preferences > Activations? They won't just appear in controller mode without you activating and downloading them into the MPC Software first. You should have a three 'seat' license for each one
