Problem with track lenghts after update LIVE II to 3.5

Hi, I'm having a problem with my MPC LIVE II. After updating to version 3.5, I've noticed strange track length behavior for different sequences. For example, I have track 1 (drums), and I set its length to 4 bars (sequence 1 has 8 bars). When I move on to sequence 2 (also 8 bars), the same track behaves differently than in sequence 1, even though it's set the same way. I'm at a loss and can't even describe it properly, but I have a feeling it's a bug and the problem occurs randomly, but almost always. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm completely paralyzed after the update.
