MPC Live w blackstar love logic midi foot switch

I’m trying to control an MPC live with a blackstar live logic midi foot switch. So far I’ve been able to change sequences but I’m still trying to control the transport. Mainly just play and stop. The Blackstar Live Logic can send Program changes, cc, and midi notes. Is there anyway to do this?
