Set precise delay times?

I am trying to dial in precise delay lengths in the delay effects that come with the MPC One +. When I dial in delay times with the big knob, it jumps by tens of milliseconds. When I use one of the Q-link knobs, it jumps somewhat randomly in smaller increments, but not one mS at a time. Any tips or tricks to dial in precise delay times?

(Yes, I know that basic rhythms can be dialed in - eighth notes, quarter notes, etc., - but I am often looking for odd subdivisions like 5/16, 7/16, 4/3, etc.)
