Tried backing up MPC One SD card to PC - didn't complete

The first time, I got a message saying "WAV file so and so is no longer in that location". Looked at Windows 11 file explorer and it looks like the SD card is not plugged in (I'm using a USB reader). I pulled it and plugged it back in and tried again. This time it seems to have worked except for the "Synths" folder. Again, it acted like the card had been ejected.

Is this normal? I use this reader with other SD cards and don't have this behavior.

I put the SD card back in the MPC One and it seems to work normally.

Sounds like the card reader might be timing out or "going to sleep" and losing connection. Try going to Advanced Power settings under "Edit Power Plan" in windows and turning off "Put hard disks to sleep after xyz time"

Thank you very much, this appears to have been the issue. For some reason it was set to 0! I set it to "never".
