MPC doesn't record Audio in Arrange Mode

Hi guys,

Lately my MPC X has been driving me crazy.

I use it to loop and record guitar in arrange mode, but I just can't get it to record.

I'm using the correct input and the track is armed (I can see the levels from the incoming audio), but the recordings have no sound.

Weird thing is that recording audio in the sampler works totally fine. Same inputs and everything. But as soon as I switch to main mode/ arranger it doesn't record any audio.

Any ideas what I'm missing?

First question would be, have you rebooted your MPC to rule out a random bug? After rebooting, can you try recording into a new project and see if the problem is limited to your current project. Which firmware version are you running?

Yes, I rebooted the MPC and I have also tried a different project. Same issues.

Recording audio via the input works only in the sampler still..

I'm running version 3.7

I didn't really get the feeling that the update has anything to do with it. I was able to record audio fine last week.
