Q link Pad Grid Mute Bug

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I want to set up a simple track mute on one of the pad grid buttons on my MPC Live 3 . However every time I set this up the button it will not switch between mute and unmute. I’ve set up another button which switches between a high cut and low cut value for a kick drum on Para EQ and this works fine but a simple mute on my sub bass track won’t!

Update:
It seems to work fine if set up by using the “Learn” option , but selecting Mute via the browser tree option doesn’t !

Do you have a video of the whole process?
I use the 64 Grid macros for mutes & never had this problem on the Force. Maybe try doing a preference rest.
