Copying Automation

Is there anyway of copying automation in the automation lane? I have a few bars in which the high-hat alternates both in frequency cut off and volume. Rather than go through the whole 200 bars manually switching the Q link on / off I wondered if it’s possible to copy the automation I’ve already done.

Do you have variations in your hihat patterns ? ( the notes, not the automation )
If so, my best bet would be to separate notes from automation in 2 separate tracks.
On the automation track, use copy bars function to repeat it
And use the notes track to repeat the notes with some variations

No notes variations ? Then, just copy the bars !

I am not in front of my MPC One to validate this but it should work
