I have contacted InMusic support in the past to have a license of Flavor Pro transferred to another user’s account. The have asked for the user’s account email and it only took a couple of hours for them to transfer the license.

When I gifted my MPC One to my friend a couple months ago because I got a Key 61, I wanted to give some plugins to him because I didn't want them, they would not allow me to do that. I assumed it was because they want HIM to buy the plugins from them just like I did. Perhaps it depends on what support rep pulls your ticket from the queue... I don't know. I work in IT Support and there are things I'm willing to do for users that my co-worker is not. That's always a possibility....
