Hello.

I switched tuning from 440 hz to 432 hz bit it does not respond. When I press a pad with a sound it doesn‘t respond meaning it is still in 440 hz. Can someone help me please.

I'm kinda curious too. The MPC doesn't play anything with a fixed pitch, unless you've loaded up a sample (which YOU need to tune properly).

An A is just an A to the MPC, it has no clue what frequency that note is, just the MIDI note number. YOU need to tune your individual instruments to whatever ridiculous new fad the internet is doing, not the MPC.

Tho whole things can not be done. I discovered some plug ins that are tunable so I can set it on 432 hz. 8)

I found out it can be done on some plugine. :-D

Make your tune in regular 440 and when it's done, pitch the whole mix down until it vibrates with the Earth or something. You can get all existing music to do the same with a simple pitch control. Or if you change your CD or MP3 player or computer audio interface to play at 43298 Hz instead of 44100 Hz, all 440 tuned music gets automatically fixed to 432 heaven. With a simple audio sampling rate adjustment, everything can become 432 ready. Even movies, commercials, jingles, ringtones, video games, ballpark organs. Spotify, Apple Music, Netflix, Disney, HBO! Slow it down a little with a bit of varispeed.

I have instruments in 432 hz, so I was thinking of doing Live ACT with machine and instruments that is why I asked. If I put it on CD and Play along it looses the magic :)

If you can find or build an adjustable word clock generator, you might be able to clock everything to 43298 Hz, so the MPC's 440 would be a sounding 432. Haven't tried this. You may have to use a hoax spdif cable. Or you could just use samples a pitch everything down a bit.

Huh? That wouldn't do anything whatsoever but make the MPC struggle to adjust to a clock when its ADC is expecting 44.1Khz.. The MPC does not generate sound, it does not care what frequency is what. An S900 runs anywhere from 7-40Khz. A 575Hz sample still sounds at 575Hz whether you set the sample rate to 7khz or 40.

Again, you need to go in to each 'virtual' instrument and tune them to whatever ridiculous frequency you want them too. Same thing with your samples. TUNE THEM plain and simple. This is tuning, its not clocking.

Does your MPC have a word clock input? I was of course talking about using an external USB audio interface that's nominally claiming to be at 44100, and then under-clocking its audio rate. The MPC will just have more calendar time to send the audio samples that it thinks are output at 44100. It could work maybe. You may have to resort to some DIY. But hoax cable needed.
