They're not a "year late". They announced it @ Winter NAMM 2016, and said it'd be ready by years end. At this point, they're on track to finish up a month or two late. So what? Plenty of projects go over schedule for a plethora of reasons. Better late than early, and unfinished.

That video is NAMM 2016, not 15. But yes, May 2016 was mentioned, but I don't think anyone actually truly believed that would ever happen, most of us assumed late 2016.
