Filter automation in program edit

Oh I'm aware - I was just teasing about your (possible?) buyers remorse for your MPC One since you saw the Maschine+ announcement and that it has Monark, Massive, Kontakt, etc in standalone. It's all good.

Is that really working for you? I tried in MPC Software so far with no luck

I do not know about software..
on standalone, mpc live mk1, I am sure it works...finally.....made my day!

edit: a user asked me how I did it yesterday and I explained it to him while sitting in front of my mpc and guess what..? It won’t record filter automation today for mysterious unknown reasons

anyone other had luck with the q link automation method?

Ok Guys it works for me in 2.8.1

I go to Prog Edit, Filter Page
Click the Red Write Automation symbol
Press Play
Make Filter Movements
Press Stop
Re-Click Automation back to Green Read
Press Play
Automation performed....Wah Lah!

I think there is bug . If “All” is selected in an instrument with multiple keygroups then the filter automation is not recorded.
Maybe it’s not a bug but a missing feature .
But when you already have an automation on one keygroup and select “All”, nothing is recorded and the previous automation is erased .Thats a bug.
So when selecting “All” mpc should not allow to record

What you describe only works for single pad / sample, not for all pads / samples at once

Hmmmmm....Im not sure if the previous Firmwares were able to record Automation on All Pads in Program Edit. I'll have to check that out
