As far as your NI crossgrades go, post it on the NI forum the modes will tell you what you can or can't sell. When I sold my Jam NI told me exactly what I had to transfer to the new user.

Just in case this ever burns anyone, you can always contact NI support.

When I bought a "new" Maschine last year, it turns out it had been opened and registered but (apparently) not used so they sold it to me as new. Anyway, as soon as I could register I contacted NI, explained the issue (and that it was advertised as new), etc. etc. and that I was at no fault and should not have to go through the arduous grievance process, etc. ...

So yeah, ... they sorted it out.

You'd be surprised what you can get when you ask

It’s funny you quoted that, I bought the Maschine Jam again yesterday. Sweetwater had some B stock available available at half price
