the headphone jack in the One is often janky (yay for external USB interfaces to avoid that)
but also pro audio gear in the past has often preferred higher impedance headphones (100-200+ ohm)
ppl pluggin earbuds into MPC's with almost no impedance... meaning they only get to turn the volume knob up to like 5%-10% before going deaf (if they are using the stock headphone jack.)
and then they wonder why the audio fidelity is not tip-top, lol.
if you're not able to turn the master/headphone volume knob to at least 9-10 o'clock... then you're barely even letting the hardware push sound like it's supposed to.
