You can think there's clip program for that task. But clip program shares single effect rack for all clips in it. For example I need to set up mother ducker effect only for bass clips. It's not possible.

True, but you can just use one Clip Program for said bass clip, and use Mother Ducker for the entire Clip Program. Not ideal, but at least ducking can be achieved. There's no limit on how many Clip Programs you can create (aside from RAM issues)...

Main page Track 01>Transpose set to 1.
Program 001>Warp samples>
Global tab>note on.
Samples tab>pad loop on.

For different drum loops, I include them in the same mute group to alternate back and forth.
