Hello all,

In MPC 2.15.1 is was possible to assign independent outputs to the Submix busses and send/returns buses. This flexibility was removed in MPC 3 beta. Can anyone confirm that MPC 3.4.1 brings this flexibility back?

I just updated to 3.4.1 and now when I turn on my MPC One+ I'm getting a message saying low disk space and the demo templates and recent files are no longer showing up and now says "not installed" under preferences. Also all of my plugins seem to have uninstalled themselves, which is fine because I now have an SD card. But I'm a little concerned that it's telling me there is no internal space when it seems everything has been deleted. Anyone have any ideas for me? I'm very new to the MPC, just got it very recently and have only made a couple little beats I made just playing around. I'm not concerned with losing any of that. But I am concerned with my internal storage having supposedly completely disappeared on my brand new unit.

Really was hoping they bring back Clip Programs..Huge bummer! Also AKAI should really remove that 8 audio/plugin tracks barrier. Honestly i switched and prefer using HAKAI OS that the MPC 3 version..
Using my RME Babyface Pro i’m running 12 input audio tracks all with insert FX like Delay PRO and Air Reverb simultaneously with 9 CPU intensive Instrument plugins all playing at once and the CPU nearly reaches 40%-50%..

3.4.0 they had screen control q-links assigned to zooming vertically and horizontally in grid view.
3.4.1 in grid view now the q-links are fixed on quantise/swing/other time correction settings and it seems it’s no longer possible to use q-links to zoom in/out. So now it’s just available from the tool bar.
Bummer.

I checked to make sure my SSD was working properly and that all of my plugins are usable. They're all good. I never got this notification on the beta.

Had this as well, reset preferences and it went away.

12 input audio tracks? How are you able to do this with your Babyface Pro? It only has 4 line inputs (2 XLR and 2 quarter inch)?

So my STEM feature isn't working again... BUT, one thing that I found and am REALLY digging is how they have massaged the keygroup editor!

It truly changes this to an instrument for me, and not just a drum machine, sequencer, sampler.
It may have always been there, but I didn't notice it 8n 3 years... But now you have the option of dual filters as well as parallel or series processing.

May not sound like much, and I'm certain that I am just scratching the surface as I am just coming off 30 mins of use... But this is huge for sound designers and others who really want to create their sound and make their sound their own. And sample looping default... Game changing time saver

MOD MATRIX!!! Akai went hard asf with the program editor! To access the changes, click the "Legacy" button in the top right corner of the screen. I definitely see myself spending alot more time working directly in my MPC. Before, for sound molding Id default to my DAWs, but this is awesome

One thing that I will note is that the level of processing required for keygroups appears to really be giving the processor a run for its money. I currently and running 5 single level keygroups with no additional effects, and my CPU load is at 52%. Memory use is only at 13%. Not a deal breaker at all... Just means more committing to and bouncing sounds to sample. That level of commitment may indirectly kinda force me to actually finish and release projects LoL I think that too many options and possibilities limit creation of a final product. Also believe that this nods toward the release of an MPC with more muscle in the processor department in the near future? Eh...

There's a dude selling 4GB RAM upgrades for the MPC & Force: https://www.youtube.com/@grcomputertech4139

The new keygroups don't even work right.. I have no idea what you guys are talking about.. I was so excited but damn.. none of the filters, lfo's, or envelopes change when you change a keygroups like in legacy.. even the effect all keygroups button changes, but doesn't actually do anything.. this is horrible..
How did they not realize the main feature of the new OS doesn't even work? Didn't they even try to use the new feature?

First time returning to the now official 3.whatever after having given up on the beta, and having exactly the same problems with importing 2.x projects - parts missing, won’t load due to ‘missing samples’ which are in the sample folder, plus two freezes already in half an hour’s testing, this does not feel stable at all at all
