Love the color only problem i see 4gb of ram.. usb c dope now i wonder if key 61 will look the same and I hope they have the Grey color available i think I would buy it.. .. i wonder how you can use both the XL or live with the key 37 to take advantage out the 24 outputs when you can only host one audio card on windows..

It's better to be a typo otherwise they doing some weird market split where we will have
G1 2gigs
G1 4gigs
G2 16gig
G2 4gigs

What's the f**ng point in that ?
At this point it will be more viable to just resolder ram on your own.

Edit:
Unless they leaving some room for G2 SE with 8gigs lolol

I hope than MPC key 61 gen 2 will not follow this underpowered gear. I hope a 10" tilted screen and similar layout than xl with 16 slinks in front of keybed.

no MPCe pads because they're too small. Unless they plan on expanding to Full Size Pads for the MPC Key

As technology goes forwards it became easier and more cost effective to use separate pre certified module and class your device as "unintentional radiator". You can skip costly certifications that way and just attach radiators certification with your product.
Not saying thats what happened here but it became very common these days. We won't find out until we open it at some point

Agree to have all the empty space available on the key 61 a 10 inch tilt screen and at least 8 qlinks but definitely need to be beefer than previous release.. if not we'll if you have the live 3 or XL you just need your midi keyboard anyway.

Why would you assume this when all the gen 2 devices have this?

Gen 2 all have mpce pads and step seq buttons, but this one doesn't. Seems like they would mention the clip matrix in the description if it was included, they only mention the linear arranger. From the images it has the exact same buttons are the mk 1, no dedicated clip matrix shortcut. Why would they release a gen 2 model without the updated button shortcuts (unless it doesn't come with the new pro pack features).

All in all, fairly underwhelming for a gen 2 model IMO, really expected gen2 'standard' would be minimum 8GB, MPCe and clips,
