Would there be any benefit with respect to PDC/latency when using MPC software within Logic? More precisely, using 3rd party plugins/vsts in MPC channel-strips but running MPC itself inside Logic.

Yeah, I do feel like a bit of a fool myself thinking that PDC might happen at this point and still asking about it and giving those guys attention. All they do is react and retweet your praise but poop their pants when you ask about something else.
They're probably too busy trying to catch up with some "cool stuff" they keep mentioning while ignoring some main basic-level functionality.
All this does is reinforce the notion that they're a bit hell-bent on implementing some things but not that interested on things that weren't on their roadmap initially.

I dunno, maybe it's just me, but I appreciate blunt honesty.
E.g., afaik, Elektron has said on their forum that they will not be working any further on Octatrack mk1 or implementing new features for it (e.g., probability on midi notes that are on Digitakt); like it or not, but at least you know it's not supported or worked on anymore, and that'll put a stop to requests. I like it when companies can say if they're not doing something. All sorts of smugness just rubs me the wrong way.

I've been thinking about buying the X. I do like the Live and the worfklow.
It's like, if they could convince me that PDC will happen sometime soonish, that might encourage me.
Should probably try and take the device for what it is and ignore the dudes' cryptic behavior and business policy.

Well, time to turn on my MPC 60 II and s3200XL and work on some sh*t…

It's wait for start up.... :Sigh:
Talking about WiFi and Bluetooth but don't think he got the update. Just Instagram buzz :vomit:

I really need the update or I will have to spend another weekend making music on my Live rather than complaining I can't make music on it because the update is shit and all the features I want are missing!

From what I've read up till now, I don't have the impression that this update is feature rich.. (But it is indeed welcome of course)

Frank let me ask you. Do you need to run 2.0 in Logic? I run the 2.0 alone and when lm finished l drop all my stems in Reason so l can mix.

Whats your work flow?

I got a feeling this update will correct the last update which is crazy. And hope it works
