Got this in the mail a few days ago. I've never used a screen protector before but it does the job. Got it on without any bubbles or dust or anything.

I took the factory screen protector off immediately. But I think this protector smudges less than the screen, so that's nice if im not imagining things.

Didn't realize you were from Ireland when I ordered. I was lucky to be able to visit there for a couple weeks a few of years ago. Beautiful Little piece of the planet you've got there. I hope to be able to visit again some day.

Thanks for the screen protectors!

Great man. I'm really happy you received your protectors and you enjoy them. :worthy:
Ireland is a lovely place to visit and if you get nice wether is even nicer. :) If you ever return let me know we can grab a pint in Galway.
All the best

Sure, I get that. So it's not one of the gorilla glass ones that have been used in phones and tablets for well more than a decade?

No, it is not - because Akai never intended your MPC or Force to be carried in your pocket with a set of keys, nor dropped onto concrete. ;) But seriously, the stock factory touchscreen is just plastic that covers the LCD, and yes - it can be prone to scratching just by repeatedly wiping it with a dry microfiber cloth. These Nano Glass protectors remove that problem.

I have for you a good news. Finally proper screens protector appeared on a market. Is not a foil one that you can find online. That one is made of Nano Glass 9H hardness.

I just wanted to give major props - just received mine and they're 100% quality (got the 2-pack, which honestly - this was a fair deal). Even came with a little vinyl record drink coaster - sweet!

These screen protectors are no different installing than a cellphone screen protector - very easy. It did take me a second application to get my placement straight, which did result in small air bubbles forming underneath, but they're tolerable IMHO (really, these aren't even visible when the MPC is powered up anyway). The point is, peeling it back up one time didn't break the Nano Glass, which was pleasantly surprising. I've still got the second one if I decide to switch it out, but something tells me this initial one will last quite some time.

Shipping from across the pond took 3 weeks, but during a pandemic it's hard to complain.

Anyway, highly recommend these - the cut is spot on perfect, the Nano Glass itself is perfect, and the packaging is 100% professional. Trusted vendor.

That coaster is rad! I have a friend that works at one of the big pressing plants on the central coast, he sends me spindle cutouts all the time to use haha. Ive got a whole pile of Black Sabbath coasters from some greatest hits release they pressed there.

Hahah nice! I'm tempted to try and play the coaster, but the spindle hole is too small to fit on my turntable. Thing is, it truly looks like a pressed piece of vinyl, right down to the grooves! 8)

Mine arrived today, absolutely perfect fit, can't even tell it's there, touch sensitivity feels the same to me. Nice packaging , generously sized cleaning cloth, only place for improvement I can see is in the thank you card, several grammaticle errors :hmmm: , thrilled overall :worthy: .

Mine showed up from Ireland last week. 10/10. Great fit and good quality. Just as responsive as using the bare screen. I also love the cool mini vinyl it came with. Although I didn’t realize it was a drink coaster. I learn something new from this forum every day.

Damn. I feel bad the X crews are left out. This truly is a great screen protector cut to size. It feels factory installed; it's cut so tight. My guess is that @daysimo doesn't own an X. Still, it shouldn't be hard having them made to size.

@daysimo - hook a brother up, man! :)

Just copped the two pack! I’ll report back once I receive and apply one of them. Nice to see reliable vendors popping up with a desired product and a fair price with some cool extras! Salute!
