My mpc's best friend is ipad. So many great apps so much to sample. Endless possibilities.
From your list I would choose microfreak, wich I also use.
Korg monologue is great for heavy bass hits.. I would actually give it a slight edge over microfreak, if hard bass happens to be your thing. And it's dirt cheap.
