interested to hear what ur plans are with stems? for me i have bunch of disco records that i always liked the instrument sounds but that had drums thru the whole record; that i can now use, also them disco record got some amazing frums too.
but on the unpopular sacrilegious side; i plan to sample some bass sounds from that petestrumentals volume 1 album, lmao i aint gonna lie some rap records is up for grabs, as far as sound snatching, but its all about how u flip and reuse them sounds in ur own style.
i know the legends wont approve this practice; but the cat is out the bag, and toothpaste is out the tube now.

I tried working on the Project with a replacement drum loop, but it never felt the same. I was crushed. I only had an "OK" mp3 stereo rough mix that I had made before I lost everything.
Over the years I looked on and off for the loop, but never found it again. So I gave up. That was over a decade ago.
So, fast forward to today (or rather, 5 years ago when stem software hit the market) and now I (may) be able to lift that original drum loop from that stereo rough mix! Going to give it a try right now.
*UPDATE: OK, so results may be usable. I tried RX9, they were "meh". I ran it through Gaudio (it's online only but free), and... they actually came out freak'n fantastic. I might actually resume work on this remix. LOL!
