The drum player/programmer is so nasty. Scroll up to make flams or quick fills, takes less the one second.

YES SIR!!! :worthy: I freakin love that thing. I made sure I have Reason on my lappy so when I am out I will have all that stuff, not just on my offline computer but on it also, just in case. I knew that would be a savior!

Even without hosting VSTs, Reason Rack Plugin is the very best thing to happen to MPC Software in a very long time...

:worthy: l kid you not l have done like 7 tracks in the Reason 11 sequencer and l have not touched the MPC live. One track is my new vid coming today the rest are for artist and my project.

Gawd dam that sequencer is so dam tight. The MPC has competition. I am so happy l don't know what to do.
The LPD8 been doing the job.
With the combo of Omnisphere's Arpeggiator lts like the most beautiful thing over here. Funny l keep looking down and seeing the Delay Compensation button lol

How did you get the Reason Rack to work inside the MPC Soft?

I have to agree Omni is the best synth on the planet. It has the most power the most sounds and functions along with sonic quality. ;-) Its the swiss are army knife of synths. If you just had that you could kill it.
Combination with Reason OMG! The Cracklin!
With the hardware integration ANIMAL BEAST KILLA! The Orb, grandular synthesis is like no other.
The 2.6 Arpeggiator will murder any Arp out!

People that don't dig in deep and wanna fiddle with the preset l find them saying it wack. Put in the work know it and they wouldn't say that.

It's easy to compare in the context of a Combinator, IMHO, and with that - I feel Reason presents far better value and can sound easily as awesome as Omnisphere 2. Also, for less than the cost of Omnisphere, you get a fully functional DAW with Reason, as well as (now) the rack plugin that you can use in any other DAW that supports VST3. To me, Omnisphere just can't hold a candle to that.

Also, much of its content feels dated IMHO. You can tell Eric Persing worked for Roland for so many years.

But I know a lot of people love Omnisphere. It's good to have choices, for sure!

The sounds are dope. If ypu feel the sounds are dated ( which they are not) get some sounds or sound design ypur sounds. I don't get the sounds are dated stuff. If you're a legit producer you should be able to rock any sound.

I could never compare a synth to a entire DAW. Combinator is dope that's why its my second pick behind Omni.

There are hardware out there that cant do what Omni does and cost 2100 and up. Smh

Well between you and hurricane over at Reasontalk, it sounds like Omnisphere is a win for you guys. It's good you enjoy it. For me, it was an overpriced and overhyped impulse buy that I regretted pretty quickly. Thankfully I was able to sell my license and make back the majority I blew on it.

Curious: what makes a "producer" (another overused term) "legit"?

Legit producer is a producer that knows there sh**. Kapesh?

Look you were able to sell it with the qiuckness.

One mans trash is anothers treasure.

I can't reveal that as of yet, but I can use VST 3 plugins in MPC Software and maybe soon AAX plugins, and no, I'm not using that BlueCat Patcher plugin....
