External Portable Battery Pack for MPC X or any MPC.

$39.99 and 27k is pretty serious there. I'm pretty sure that's too much capacity to take on a flight though. Not sure if that's a concern, but if it is... might not be something to pick up.

I'm pretty sure 20000mah is the max. But going to re-read the article.

Edit: According to the article it's the Watt hours that is what is checked for flight approval. Under 100 is okay, 100.1 - 160 requires approval and over 160 is not allowed.

It's risky. It's a "renewed" product, meaning someone bought it, used it for a time (or not), and returned it. No telling what sort of condition the battery is in, or how old it is, so it likely won't last as long as a proper new one. But not a bad price, either way.

It's has 90 day return policy, Bought two for my MPC 4000's a couple year ago, still going strong. However, here's a new one, if you are hesitant.

Isn’t the 4000 heavy enough without a power bank? Just curious, where are you using the 4K you would need a power bank like that.

Yea, I saw that return policy, 90 days is decent, I might spring for that..

The bank is 1 pound so it wasn't that much of a difference. Used on cross country road trips.

The best Vinyl trips was Jamaica and Brazil, they had an untapped source of records. But shipping all those records back, was almost a mortgage payment. Glad it was a business trip, so the tax write off was awesome.

Need to get back to Brazil.

I have an MPC one, and I saw that one guys video with the 7.4v battery. Almost bought it but opted not to because it didn't seem like the right choice.

What do you guys think of this battery pack though?

It's supposed to have a "19V/1. 6A DC input" but I also read someone mention that it's best to use the provided plug adapter that comes with the device and not to directly input the dc line into a battery pack. Thoughts?

That has a two pronged power outlet... so if you've got a US power supply you should be able to use that.

The power supply will help condition the power coming in, and if something goes wrong will likely cause the power supply to fail rather than the more expensive MPC.

Awesome. Think this would carry enough power to not have any issues? I know it's silly trying to make the mpc one more portal when I could've just gotten the live. I like the shape of the one and the extra buttons, and honestly I'm one of those people that didn't read the details. Didn't know it didn't have a battery ..... or and ssd drive option lol.
