Isn't the Air stuff the stock bundle that comes with Pro Tools? I mean it must work for somebody. They're not bad, we could've gotten way shittier plugins included with it. The Air and the Akai stuff is just fine. The Spring Reverb is a pretty decent replacement for my PSP Nexcellence in standalone. The EQs are nice and clean, the phasers and flangers are way better than the Akai's. The Frequency Shifter is a lot more 'pleasant' too. If you want in your face rude shifting, use the Akai. The Akai Tape Delay plugin is a damn Headrush! You ever played with their old Headrush pedal?? Im not missing any of my Waves or Soundtoys or Eventide stuff YET, but yeah I got hardware too. Between my Roland delay, Lexicon, a Boss SE50 and SE70, and a shit ton of pedals from my guitar rig, Im set. I actually would have an SPX90 if it weren't for the exploding power supply. Im looking for a 900 haha. Its not like we have a ton of outputs, and I lose two right away for kick and snare so the Air and Akai effects are pretty happy in use with the stuff that cant go into its own mixer channel.

l love the 3000 but its old technology. Im about that technology not how warm it is. I can make it warm and lush at the mastering process.
