Thank you! YOU WON'T NEED THAT IN ABSOLUTE STANDALONE!

When l work on the Live l don't worry about PDC. Live be rockin.

Anyway, Akai for the MKll don't have HDMI, but it might have a battery. Im not interested in it.
If it would of came with HDMI, Strictly standalone, etc as l asked before l would of jumped.
I hope they give 8gig ram and optional to add more.

I used the software but l like it more when l don't have to be tethered to a computer. That's the real joy. A person can't even enjoy vsts in the software cause it doesn't work properly.

Yes sir, that's all I was saying. Looking at the software, strictly as a Software MPC and expect nothing else from it. The only issue is the software is like 15 year too late.

Geez, thump the hatebrakes guys.

I got a live now for a few months and i use it standalone for drums and syncing/midi my other gear and i absolutely love it. Coming from an 1k, which obviously had the most poor built quality ever (the blue red clown circus one!)

When did this forum change to mpcnag-forums.com?

If you come from the 1k, then you've hopped into the future! I think lot of 'producers' have been on high powered daw's for a while and find a few of the MPC limitations a bit frustrating since some of the problems were features on legacy MPCs... And its the internet so people love to complain.

Haha fair point, it is indeed a jump into the future, though for me it was mainly because my 1k was just unfolding because of the built quality. Regardless i have been also working with ableton for years before i started working with hardware again.

I guess yes: it's the internet, and personally i am also guilty as charged being a twatty nagger sometimes ;-)
