MPC X and Live Color scheme and prices

How do you like or dislike the colors and are they priced right in this day and age? , I'm guessing street price $1999.00 for the X and $999.00 for the live. As far as colors go, I like the original red and blue version X or all black would've been cold.

I like design except, as you can already see in some of the videos, they are complete fingerprint and dust magnets. It literally takes 2 minutes to make them look grubby.
UK pricing seems reasonable, but still, £1500 is a big load of cash no matter what you are getting for it. I think the Live will attract impulse buyers though.

Dunno why they put dat shiny plastic on da top part of the X; seem like they was mocking da machine studio, as if da audio meters was not enuff

I'm glad they got a standalone now though, especially with 8 outs..
