MPC Live MIDI sequencing facilities

Very simple question:

does anyone know if the MPC Live has the same MIDI sequencing facilities as the MPC 2500? Is it the same, or is it any different?

I can't find any info regarding this on the big mighty internet.

Similar to a point, it's ultimately an 'mpc' sequencer with the familiar MPC way of doing things (multi track sequencer, one program per track, song mode, track mutes, etc) but obviously it's evolved with many more features but also some dropped features and changes. We haven't seen MPC Software 2.0 yet, so we cannot comment on what it is like, but you can download mpc software 1.9 from the akaipro site and try it out for yourself.
