Convert Audio track to sample

Any way in the Live to convert a audio track to sample?

The way I have been doing it is using an empty sequence with an audio track and bouncing the whole sequence to a sample.

No need to convert they are already in the sample pool

Resampling is how I do it. But would be nice feature to select a track and convert when you want.

That does not work. Anything you do to the audio track (i.e. Time or pitch shift) does not carry over to the sample in the sample pool. Am I overlooking a save option?

Every other mode (programs and,key groups, clip)lets you rebounce to a new sample, while audio tracks do not.


Just trying to find a workaround for lack of realtime timestretch in the live for programs, and I have a feeling it's never going to happen either.

I sent it in as a feature request, I'm not sure if the 5000 let you do that either.
