Just checking to see if anyone else has had this issue.
If I turn the sync on to ABLETON LINK in the MPC software and link it to another computer/phone/tablet... then close the software without first turning off ABLETON LINK off... If that ABLETON LINK device isn't available or on when I open the MPC Software again, the MPC Software will freeze on the opening splash screen and not go any further until you establish another sync with an ABLETON LINK device.
Even if you do a basic level uninstall/reinstall (not a deep tissue uninstall)... you will suffer the same consequences.
So if you ABLETON Link up with someone, they leave and you don't turn off ABLETON Link before you close the session, when you reopen MPC later, you may not be able to get past the MPC splash screen. I had to download an ABLETON LINK ready app on my iPhone, just so when this happens, I have another ABLETON link device that I can open up and it'd get me past the MPC splash screen.
