When I convert>sequence in Song Mode, the sequence I get has missing sounds, as if some pads were muted, but I don't have anything muted. This only happens in certain parts of the new sequence. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are all your track assignments exactly the same in EVERY seq?

Seq1 = trk1-kik/ trk2-snr/ trk3-hhat / etc....
Seq2 = trk1-kik/ trk2-snr/ trk3-hhat / etc..
Seq3 = trk1-kik/ trk2-snr/ trk3-hhat / etc..

If they are used why are they there.

Hardware mpc's when converting song to seq takes ONLY the track assignment from the very first seq.

Took out what you don't use, don't just mute, actually try taking it out.

Maybe there is program changes in some sequence somewhere?!

Something in step edit somewhere? Polyphony problem?

They're there as leftovers from getting the song together, experimenting with sounds. I will take all unused programs, samples, etc. out and see what happens. I'll reply with how it goes. Thanks!

Make a song with all seqs. Make a song without all seqs. See which one does what.
