Hello friendszz!,

When I chop a sample and timestretch it to e.g. 90 bpm and then record something with the 16 Level funtion on (tune) the sample plays faster, the higher the tune is, what is perfectly fine, but I wanted to ask if theres a function where the sample is higher in tune but still plays at the same speed the original sample was timestretched too? I dont know if you understand what I mean, I'm not a native english speaker so Im sorry! Hope you can help c:

You are looking for a PITCH SHIFT function.

How do I use warp mode?

Does it pitch shift along the 16 pads?

Unfortunately you can only raise or lower the pitch by a 2 or 3 tones before the time stretch artefacts become noticeable, still nice to have though.

That's why the Elastique Pro algorithm must be implemented in standalone...It's a critical update IMHO!

I can't see that happening as Elastique is only compatible on Win/Mac systems, it looks like they don't have any kind of support for Linux (which is what I assume the standalone units are running). Akai are just licensing it from zplane, so they are entirely at zplane's mercy on this.

Because any stretching beyond 10-15% will result in noticeable unnaturalness.
