only 1 looping point?

is there really just one loop point for the samples?

and it‘s not even possible to loop between start and looping point, only loop point to end?

i remember in jj you have two, so you can loop between two points and play the end of the sample after the second point, when stop pressing the pad.

Yep, just one loop point. The sampling engine is basically lifted from the MPC5000 which in turn hasn't changed much since the MPC2000XL.

man i can‘t even remember how i did that back in the 90s. looping a string for instance but keep the attack and the release intact. cut it in 3 parts, loop the middle one?!
