When i try recoding automation (TAPE STOP effect) in standalone or controller mode the mpc just places it on the first bar instead of the place where i write it, im thinking its a bug

Does automation get written according to the TC setting? If so, do you have TC set to 1 bar when this happens?

Its a bug affecting all xyfx. Go to list edit, find the ENABLE event at 01.01.000 and set its VALUE to 0. This normally fixes the problem.

If you record automation, edit the list and save as a template could you create a default thereby removing the bug?

That doesn’t work for me. Won’t let me change the value and I can’t delete either.
Anybody else having this problem?
