MPC LIVE Hardware "Invalid Serial Number"

My MPC Live Hardware Limited Edition says Invalid Serial Number under preferences info.
I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I got the software working for now. Firmware 2.3.0 Control Surface v1.11

Yes, I had that problem until I updated to 2.3. It no longer says invalid serial number.

ok. well I'm at 2.3 and I have it working on my macbook. gonna try it out on my desktop PC. does it do anything if it says invalid serial number? or just forget it and hopefully it irons itself out?

I had problems with activating the AIR plugins. After filling in the contact forms on their support page they helped me out via email.
