Hy,

when i import a mono wave File on MPC live.. the file is mono and i can edit it...
when i export the same wave file.. i have a stereo file ..
Is there a possibility to export a wave mono as it was original ???

Thanks

The behavior for stereo/mono seems to be a bit weird on the MPC Live/X. If you process a stereo sample to convert it to mono it creates a new sample instead of overwriting the current one as well. It needs some work how it handles samples in general.

'Export' produces a stereo mixdown. You should just 'save' the file and it will remain mono. In standalone you could save a wav file by saving the entire project, or by assigning it to a pad, selecting that pad, then go to MAIN > program row pencil icon > Save current sample.

IMO should be a 'disk' icon on the top row of SAMPLE EDIT, but hey ho.
