Start up template and demo browser

Hi guys
Does anyone know how to go back to the start up template, project and demo browser from the normal main screen to load other things. The only way I can find to do this is to turn the MPC off and on again which is clearly ridiculous.

In main menu click the folder icon and select new...Cheers!
