I'm looking to find some generic chopped up breakbeat kits.
All of the expansion/vault kits that Akai provides are the opposite of what I'm looking for, I don't want piano loops or other non-drum sounds in a kit - just a kit I can build on. I don't want really distinct drums taken from well known recordings either. ie: don't need classic breaks.
I know that some companies make generic kits by recording new drum tracks in a studio, but there are so many of these out there, I have no idea where to start!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
