I have used the 1000, 2500 and Ren.

It was great to be able to bring all my old beats/project files and use in the software when I got the Renaissance.

Considering buying a LIVE.

Seen a few videos on YouTube mentioning that it is limited to 8 audio tracks...

Most of my older projects have 10~20 tracks

1. Can I import my old projects from older mpcs?

2. If the Live is limited to 8 Audio tracks~ what happens to the missing tracks?

3. when connected to pc/mpc software are more tracks available? (like the ren)

4. any workarounds ?

Thankyou

Live has 128 Midi Tracks, But 8 Audio Tracks in standalone mode.

Everything else should work just like the Ren when hooked up in Controller Mode

Upload one of your project files here , and we can test it. I don’t think Tutor tested that scenario when he tested project imports for his site.
