Sampling Inst. 2 Mono Issue

So i have a couple mono synths hooked up to the front inst. 1 and inst. 2 on my MPC X

Inst. 1 i get a read out of the peak of the signal in sampler but on inst. 2 i do not.
I can hear the sound it records but i have no reading...

I have the settings to input 2 and mono. so it should work id think

Anyone have this problem? Is it a bug? my machine? maybe the next firmware would fix it?

Not sure why this hasn't been fixed yet, but the even channels don't show audio levels on the hardware. . The channel works and shows it works in the software, but it does work although you are not seeing the audio levels .

You know, I came across this same thing before and thought I had a faulty input channel. Definitely needs fixing ASAP
