Let the F.O.H handle that. They should have a feedback eliminator patched. Also, that should be handled during sound check.
I don't think the OP, is talking about using the MPC LIVE, during a Live Performance. If that's the case. there are much better options.
Another option for recording vocal into the MPC LIVE is the
Roland VT-4.
