The SP-2400 is both 12-Bit and 24-Bit using the same chips that the original SP-1200 used.

Let's explore that.

If boom bap made on sp2400 it's fake?

Boom bap made on newer gear is not considered boom bap?

Boom bap can only be made on gear from the era that it came from?

Can boom bap be made on pc's? Windows/Mac or only 1990's Celeron's x86?

Tablets and mobile devices are too new and can never make "real" boom bap correct?

Boom Bap can be created on any gear modern or vintage. Don't let small minds with myopia derail progress and evolution. This is a very exciting time because the SP-2400 isn't the only tribute in development, the Sequential Studio 440 is another story we should be paying attention to...
