Two questions
How do you access Pad Perform in software only without a controller? I tried to look in the manual and the Bible but they only referred to the controllers.

How come you can’t record pad mutes like track mutes? Track mutes are just one button press and visually indicated in the track viewer.
Pad mutes require a write/read automation toggles.
I’m just trying to switch up how I do things, since I’m making more tracks than ever. I usually just duplicate sequences and delete the notes.
