bug with mpc live pads

hey there youe i cought my self on a pickle with my mpc live its quite new, like 1 and a half year and my pads are not functioning right,  on mute/ unmute page for exemple whenever i mute 1 pad it end up muting othes at the same time.. when i change bank the minute i  press the other bank all muted pad go unmuted ate the same time like if it was stuck or something..

dont know if you can help me but i dont know what i to do. 

im from brasil its really hard to get new parts here. but if i have to by something what should i buy ??  

does someone else seen other problems like this?
