MPC sending patch reset message to synths

Hi All,

My MPC Live is sending a patch reset command to my external synths whenever the sequence loops ends and loops back. I can't figure out how I can have the MPC to stop sending the message. Anyone know?

On the sequence that is having trouble, go into step edit and choose timing off so that you can see ALL the step edit events. Something in there is sending a patch change event. Delete that event.

I don't have an X or Live but this would be universal info on all midi sequencers. Try it. Go into step edit and look at everything. Timing should be off so you don't miss anything. That's how it worked on my 2kxl and 4k.
