DIfficulty Routing programs and track from MPC throuh output

Hi been lurking here for a while thanks for the knowledge. I'm working with an mpc live and just spent tonight trying to work out how to route programs and tracks to the assignable outs for recording and mixing and mastering, I know there's the easy way via digital transfer but I would prefer to get the songs out of the mpc the old way.

Below is what Im getting out of the mixer.
So when i use the channel mixer for programs, outputs only seem to pick up tracks of the program I have chosen. which makes sense, but when i when I switch to another program on another track, even afer assinging routing to free outputs nothing comes out. Sure I know you need to make sure your types of programs in each track progression lined up, but I'm not gonna spend hours making a master program with all samples, drums etc.

Another thing that happens is the the first two tracks routed out will just play the whole sequence with every pad trigger rather track 1 ( mono ) or track 1 and 2 (stereo)

I've tried audio tracks, but as I create most tracks through drum programs / midi nothing comes up except one option for routing. Do I need record each of the program track on to an audo track and then hurrah route via channel mixer?

I also read about track explode would that help?

Can't be that hard - just was to individually route tracks to record onto stems, Happy to do it sequence by sequence rather than f with song mode.

Prefer stand alone solutions if any exist!
